for months now the hype surrounding the effervescent azealia banks has been hard to handle. i for one have been a hardcore supporter shouting the lyrics to “212” along with theRealestJMac. however, azealia banks recently paired up with one of my favourite designers, alexander wang for a short campaign video set to her song “van vogue” from the 1991 ep. it’s brash and raw, just like miss banks is herself, and for some reason i cannot stop watching it. she moves too quickly for me to actually pay attention to the clothes but my her hair does look lovely! what a match made in heaven.
